Once you place an order please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to start preparing your order. Once we begin processing it you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order is now in progress.

Processing means we have received your order and it is currently being prepared. This is completely normal. Please allow 7 to 16 business days from the date of your order for it to be processed, packed and shipped out to you.

• 15 × 10 cm — 15 cm top to bottom, 10 cm side to side
• 20 × 12 cm — 20 cm top to bottom, 12 cm side to side
• 25 × 15 cm — 25 cm top to bottom, 15 cm side to side

Every lamp arrives ready to use, complete with an LED light source and power cable. LEDs produce minimal heat, keeping the resin safe and allowing the lamp to be left on for extended periods.

To clean, simply wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as UV light can cause the resin to yellow over time. Should the wood base begin to dry out, a light application of furniture oil will help restore it.

Each lamp is crafted from crystal-clear polished resin, featuring hand-painted miniature scenes set upon a hand-built wooden LED base. Designed to capture Middle-earth in light, every detail, every figure, and every glow reflects a level of care and craftsmanship that goes beyond the ordinary.

Customers with Shipping Protection who receive a damaged or defective item qualify for an instant free replacement. Simply send over a photo and the rest will be taken care of straight away.

Every lamp is made to order, hand-poured and assembled from scratch the moment your order is placed. As each piece is individually crafted, slight variations from the listing photos are part of what makes it uniquely yours. Please allow 8–15 days for crafting, followed by 3–6 days for delivery.
