    • Every lamp is handmade with love, one at a time — so no two are exactly alike.
    • Please allow 3–4 weeks for your lamp to be made, starting from your order date.
    • You'll get a shipping email with tracking once your lamp is ready to go.
    • Standard shipping time applies after that.

    Can my lamp get wet?

    Keep your lamp away from water. Resin is sealed but prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the LED components inside. Wipe down the outside only — never submerge or leave in a humid area like a bathroom.

    How do I clean my lamp?

    Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid cleaning sprays, alcohol wipes, or anything abrasive — they can dull the resin finish over time. A quick dust every week or two keeps it glowing like new.

    Every lamp is made to order, hand-poured and assembled from scratch the moment your order is placed. As each piece is individually crafted, slight variations from the listing photos are part of what makes it uniquely yours. Please allow 8–15 days for crafting, followed by 3–6 days for delivery.

      How long will my lamp take to arrive?

      Since every lamp is handpoured and finished by Jack personally, please allow 2–3 weeks for production plus shipping. Worth the wait.

      Can I request a custom design?

      We don't offer custom orders right now — everything available is listed in the shop. Keep checking back as new designs drop regularly.

      Are the lamps safe to leave on?

      Yes. All lamps use low-heat LED bulbs and fully cured resin. Built to glow for years, not just look pretty.

      What if my lamp arrives damaged?

      Jack personally packs every order. If something arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
